2. What we process

• Contact data you share when you email us or book a call - name, email, company, message content.
• Technical data your browser sends when loading the site - IP address, user agent, referrer, requested URL - kept in server logs for a short period to run and protect the site.
• Cookie & local storage data as described below.

3. Lawful basis (GDPR Art. 6)

• Art. 6(1)(b) - to answer your enquiry or perform a contract.
• Art. 6(1)(f) - legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the site.
• Art. 6(1)(a) - your consent for any optional (non-essential) cookies.

4. Cookies & local storage

We keep cookie use to a minimum. Categories:

• Strictly necessary - required to render the site and remember your cookie choice (stored in your browser's local storage under the key nm-cookie-consent). No consent needed.
• Optional / analytics - set only if you press "Accept all". Used to understand which pages are useful. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

5. Processors & hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare and Lovable infrastructure. Scheduling calls uses Calendly. These providers process technical data on our behalf under data-processing agreements. Transfers outside the EU rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Emails and enquiry data - as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal retention duties. Server logs - a few weeks. Consent record - until you clear it in your browser.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority - in Berlin, the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.

8. Changes

We may update this notice as the site evolves. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version.
